This is my version of a ‘curry in a hurry’ – It will only take 15-20 minutes for a lovely, warming curry that’s full of flavours. Now add the prawns and mix well. Fry for around 5 mins on medium heat. Add the coconut milk, let it come to a boil, lower the heat to low, and cover & cook for around 10 mins. Now add the garam masala powder, mix & sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or rice.
