Nu pågår främst planering och omvandling av de södra delområdena; Varvsstaden, Hamnporten och Citadellsfogen, som kopplar samman Västra Hamnen med centrala och västra Malmö. Bo01-området var vid den här tiden det ställe i Europa där byggkranarna stod som tätast. Inför Bo01-mässans öppnande byggdes det mycket intensivt. Mässan öppnas. När Bo01-mässan öppnades av kungen och drottningen stod det klart att många visningslägenheter hade hunnit bli klara. Detta samarbete fortsatte i detta Bo01-projekt för MKB. Huset innehåller 27 hyreslägenheter och kom att kallas Tango efter de åtta uppglasade volymerna som skulle kunna sägas dansa på gården. Arkitekterna skapade en tydlig kontrast mellan husets yttersidor vars strama och tillbakahållna fasad av betong i gråtoner avviker från innergårdens mer färgrika gestaltning.
